Used the Giant scanner throughout my shopping trip to keep track of my grocery bill. I was able to get everything under my $300 budget. Checkout was easy, short and simple. The staff was nice.

Since the pandemic I've gotten into the habit of doing the "order online then pick up". The staff that work this department are so nice! They're prompt, kind, and helpful should I need anything. Inside is what you would expect from a well run grocery store. Clean aisles Well Stocked Friendly staff

A very clean store and well stocked. Staff members are very helpful and pleasant. One of your Staff members whose name is Carla is outstanding. Always Have great customer service. Tonight 2/22/25 she was rudely approached by angry (karen-like woman) Who was using nasty words and bickering for 30 minutes. I observed Carla and she handled it very well. Kyle who works the parking lot is excellent. He is always assisting me with my groceries to my vehicle. I'm ♿️ Handicap. Honorable Mention to Gladys. Thank you. Mr Carlos

This a shout to one of the workers. There was a god awful spoiled brat of a woman who clearly grew up with daddy's credit card at the store today. This human decided that waiting in line was beneath her and said yelled to the gent at the register to get a manager to open a new line. The worker was kind to this horrid woman but did not get a manager. Because he was doing his job. This brat decided to continue to say to get a manager and thought she could get away with this behavior by flirting with the customer in front of her. Who also took this all as a champ by flat ignoring her. The worker never got someone and just kept politely talking to this woman. And with a genuine smile. I was impressed by how calm he remained. I don't know the person's name, but he was probably in his 20s and with blond hair. He was working the cash register near the self checkout. Also the prices were good.

This place is nice and clean. You can get what expexted from a Giant store. They don't have places to return the carts in the parking lots and it is troublesome. Either you want to be nice and push the carts all the way back to the store, which is really bad during winter, or be a bad guy and leave the cart at the opposite site of the parking lots. Either ways are inconvenient.

Been into this location a few times. The store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful! One cashier stands out, Marty. Very friendly and always pleasant. Witnessed a customer in front of the line giving Marty a hard time, but when it was the customer after then myself, we were greeted with smiles. Very sweet lady!

Mel was in produce and helped find all we needed. We are from out of town and he was very pleasant and helpful. He is new but is an asset to the organization.
